Dental Insurance

We work with most major dental insurance carriers. Many carriers have multiple plans which have different requirements, so please call Maryann or Cori if you have any questions.

Patients appreciate having their insurance benefits determined in advance of having major work done. We will gladly obtain a “predetermination of dental benefits” in writing from your insurance carrier at no cost to you. Following a discussion of your insurance benefits, appointments can be scheduled at your convenience.
